On-site Building Management Office

The Building Management Team is located at 1525 North Gower Street, Suite P100. The team is available from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday, to assist with any questions or concerns.

Outdoor Plaza

Columbia Square boasts a large outdoor plaza with a great selection of retail locations. The plaza hosts a number of events throughout the year including, live music, tenant appreciation events, and a holiday tree lighting ceremony.

Community Room

The Community Room is available for civic groups and tenants/residents of Columbia Square.  To reserve the room please complete the Community Room Reservation Request Form.

The Community Room is located at 1550 N. El Centro Ave on Selma Ave., and is available 7 days a week between 8 am – 10 pm.

Reservation fee:  $50/hour.

5 Level Parking Garage

Columbia Square provides a public parking garage that provides valet parking and EV charging stations on the P1 parking level. Two 208/240v, 30 amp Level 2 dual charge stations are available for use. Parking rates start at a minimum of $2.50 for the first 20 minutes up to a maximum of $22.50 for the day. (Rates are subject to change).

Secure Bike Room

There is public bicycle parking available in the building’s parking garage. Private bicycle storage space is also available. Please contact the Building Management Office for more information.

Tenant Shower Rooms

Columbia Square offers two shower rooms on the first floor of the parking structure on P1 and is available to all tenants. Lockers are also provided for tenant use.

For access, please complete the Access Card Request form.

Loading Dock

For convenience, Columbia Square provides a dedicated loading dock. The Loading Dock is located off of El Centro Avenue.

To reserve the loading dock, please complete the Vendor Access Form.

Security

Building Security is provided by Allied Universal and the building offers 24/7 security coverage.
