The community room reservation form is for community groups and tenants/residents of Columbia Square (Politically affiliated organizations and general business/commercial meetings are not allowed). A request form must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
There is a Community Room reservation fee $50.00 per hour. Parking for all guests of the Community Room is $2.50 each 20-minutes, $7.50 each hour and $22.50 daily maximum. (Fees not applicable to community groups). No food or drinks allowed. Community Room hours are 8 am – 10 pm, 7 days/week.
